We are not responsible for the meat or other products once they are received by you.  You must take appropriate action to inspect and protect your goods as soon as they are received.  We take every precaution to ensure that you will be delivered a product that is fully in tact.

Our food has also not been adulterated in any way to maintain shelf life, offer consistency or create a repeatable product like the ones you find in grocery stores.

Our food and the claims we make about their holistic benefits are not addressed, enforced, approved, guaranteed or overseen by the USDA, FDA, NCDA or any other government entity. If you are wanting to seek protection from a 3rd party, you should go to the grocery store.

BUYER BEWARE and be sure to undertake your own due diligence. THIS IS A PRIVATE FOOD SYSTEM AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL

CREDIT CARDS 

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express  and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time the order is placed.

 DELIVERY POLICY 

All orders must be picked up within the delivery time slot that has been scheduled for each drop or your order will be forfeited. We cannot guarantee the freshness of your product if it is not picked up on time. Our farm fresh product does not meet inspection standards for the stores we are delivering out of so product will not be held overnight under any circumstances. If you need a delivery to be held back you must notify Tricia 24 hours in advance via email tricia@faithfulspringfarm.com and phone 402-630-3459.  You must send it in writing and make a phone call.  *All of our farm fresh foods are alive; delaying the delivery of your order removed all liability from Tricia and Faithful Spring Farm regarding the freshness of the product you receive.    We encourage you to mark your calendar and set reminders for pick up and delivery days consider possibly having a friend or neighbor lined up to help you in a jam.

  •  OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

If the farm made an error in their inventory, made an error and forgot an item during shipping/pick-up, or if the item was damaged and considered undeliverable, we will make a note on your order slip and let you know if you will be refunded or the product will be delivered next week. If you do not receive an item that you ordered and we do not have a note on your slip regarding the order, please contact us directly as we may have made an error. In the event this does occur, we will do everything to make it right for you - please communicate with us.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

  •  RETURNS

We do not accept any returned product once you have signed for and removed your order from the farm or drop location. You must address any problems with your order at the time of pick up. Please check all your orders carefully by going through the printed receipt that is attached to all orders and ensure that you have collected all the items on the list. If something is damaged you must report it immediately. Once you leave the farm or drop site with your product, it is yours. If you get home and you find there is a problem with any of the product, please call Tricia and notify her of the problem.

  •  TAXES

Our farm shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered within Missouri.

  •  TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price on our website due to typographical error our farm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our farm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our farm shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
